Energy Costs

We do achieve significant reductions in prime energy costs through skilled interpretation of clients gas and electricity charges, and the negotiations of revisions of tariffs with the appropriate authorities.

These savings are passed to our clients with only a relatively small fee charged  for our input.

Control Philosophy

Control of all services is achieved via  direct on site presence, or, by remote  linking to our central control unit with  the introduction of a Building  Management System.

A Building Management System type of control also facilitates automatic alarm transmission to our Mobile Engineers and ensures an even more rapid reaction to any breakdown situation.

We have the ability to fully support all   building services requirements from our direct labour force.
