Our Capital Works Division has the capacity to complete the most comprehensive range of projects from design stage through  to completion and commissioning.

We have design engineers conversant with  the full spectrum of the requirements of modern buildings and the adaptability to produce environments and the associated controls and  installation to suit any application.

The capacity of this Division of the company to produce `Turnkey  Packaged Installations', to agreed programmes, has been illustrated on many occasions, both in commercial and industrial buildings.

This Division also undertakes the refurbishment of the total range of building services and capital plant.

Where the client requirement has been to minimise interruption of normal hours working then we accommodate these needs within the  programme.

Our supervisory staff are very broadly experienced in the many disciplines needed in order to accomplish the range of  works which we undertake, and our site operatives have many years experience and a great depth of abilities in all skills.

We have a policy of training for our young  engineers both through local Technical Colleges and In House training.

We are a CORGI. registered company, and in addition, our engineers have completed ACOPS 16 courses.  Our electrical engineers are trained to the 16th Edition of the IEE. Regulations.
