Company Policy.
The objects of F.A.M.E. is to provide a Planned Preventative Maintenance regime for the installed plant in Clients properties and include a comprehensive range of mechanical services installation and refurbishment associated with the following services.
Air conditioning
Heating
Ventilation
Hot and Cold Water Supplies
Controls and Instrumentation
Legionella risk assessments in accordance with L8.
Water Treatment
CWS Water Storage cleaning and Chlorination.
Cooling Systems
These aims are achieved by the assessment of Client requirements, site installation works as agreed, followed by the introduction of regular scheduled on site maintenance works by our specialist engineering staff.
